LPJ Chicago is a medal-winning, nationally-ranked team with a program that supports ethnic and economic diversity by enabling teens from different backgrounds to participate in this transformative sport. Through our scholarship program, we support any student who wants to row. The LPJ Chicago motto says it all:  “Changing the face of junior rowing.”

Our rowers attend almost every public and private school in the Chicago area, including Lincoln Park High School, Jones College Prep, Walter Payton, Whitney Young, The Latin School, Francis Parker, University of Chicago Lab School, Oak Park & River Forest High School, Lake Forest High School, and more.

LPJ Chicago is one of the fastest rowing teams in the Midwest, competing nationally every year and sending an LPJ Chicago rower to the Junior World Championships for each of the past three years.
